As said in her reference, one of Tootsie's most favourite things is taking baths. She is always happy when she gets one. She is given one every night after dinner so she can go to bed right after. If she is going to a special occasion, she is given one early. Her mother uses a special head-to-toe baby wash to keep her skin in perfect condition.
Even though she has no hair, she likes wearing the showercap. Tootsie's body is soft and rubbery like that of an Igglybuff's.
Here she is splashing around happily. I was going to add some bath toys... but I wanted to keep it simple.
